Roles & Responsibilities

Communicating with customers over call and email to solve queries about Memory, SSD drives, and Pendrives Prepare and submit a daily report via email. Assisting customers with the status of their submitted products to the service center. Resolving customer complaints over email and calls. knowledge to enhance the customer support experience of services.

Diploma / Any Graduate

Salary Range:- Up to 25K ( Based on Experience, Skill set & Knowledge)

Experience Required:- 0-3 yr

Knowledge & Experience of Email Writing, Microsoft Excel, and Word
