Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently handle the client service team.

Liaise with the Operations Team for high priority cases for assigned clients.

Ensuring steady progress on client requirements.

Share monthly reporting deliverables with superiors.

Ensure steady functioning of customer service operations to track and identify high value clients, build strong client relationships, and contribute to service enhancements.

Create and execute client servicing policies/strategies for the organization.

Qualification

:

Graduation/Post Graduation is must

Role: Executive - Client Service

Experience: Min. 1 Year

Compensation: 18-25K PM

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills

Man Management

Go getter attitude

Knowledge of MS Office

Ability to easily acclimatize to different cultural backgrounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
