We Are Hiring: Customer Care Executive for our
Software Product CompanyLocation:
Akshar Chowk, VadodaraKey Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a polite and timely manner Provide product information and assist users in understanding and operating the software Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers step-by-step Maintain and update records of new potential customers in Excel
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, BPO, or Telecalling Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred) Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software tools Candidates must be based in Vadodara (local applicants only)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
