About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and reliable professionals to join our

US Voice Process - Customer Care team

. In this role, you'll be responsible for making calls to

hospitals and clinics

for follow-ups regarding

medical record requests

after the initial submission.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to hospitals/clinics to follow up on medical record requests. Ensure all communication is clear, professional, and well-documented. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in every interaction. Collaborate with team members to meet process goals and deadlines.

Candidate Requirements:

Must be a

Graduate

. Excellent

English communication and listening skills

.

Reliable, motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

. Comfortable working in

US Night Shifts

. Prior experience in a

US voice process or medical records retrieval

is a plus (not mandatory).
