About the Role:


We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a

Customer Care Executive

. The role involves assisting clients with their queries related to stock market services, guiding them through processes, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries. Explain trading procedures, account details, and product features in simple terms. Resolve client complaints with professionalism and accuracy. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to provide quick solutions.

Qualifications:



Graduate in any stream (Finance/Commerce background is an advantage). Freshers can apply; prior customer care experience is a plus. Strong communication and listening skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Basic understanding of financial markets preferred.
