Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls for: Cold calling to prospective clients to Feedback calls to existing members for service quality checks. Renewal reminders and follow-ups for memberships. Provide accurate information about club services, facilities, memberships, programs, and events. Register new client inquiries and support them through the onboarding process. Manage member complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Maintain updated records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions. Coordinate with internal departments (fitness trainers, operations, events team) for smooth resolution of client issues. Follow up with members for renewals, payments, and pending documentation. Assist in membership drives, promotional campaigns, and client engagement activities. Ensure a pleasant, professional, and supportive atmosphere in all client interactions. Generate and share daily/weekly reports on customer queries, complaints, and resolutions
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
