Key Responsibilities:



? Handle inbound and outbound customer calls ? Resolve queries, provide information, and offer solutions to customers ? Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system ? Follow communication scripts and company procedures ? Meet performance metrics such as call quality and productivity targets

Eligibility Criteria:



? Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass ? Good communication skills in Hindi ? Fluency in English is a plus (eligible for higher salary) ? Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome ? Basic computer knowledge is required
