Key Responsibilities:



? Provide superior Customer Experience through Chat, Email, and Call.

? Offer accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.

? Collaborate with team members and customer service teams to ensure a superior customer experience.

? Follow the company's communication procedures, policies, and guidelines consistently.

? Deliver excellent results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.


Qualifications



Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable; fluency in English is required.

Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.

Familiarity with call center operations and outbound calling techniques is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
