Job Description

Riyaasat is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Customer Care Executive to join our Online Sales Department. This role combines the responsibilities of online customer support and personalized video call consultations to assist clients in choosing the perfect ethnic wear for weddings, festivities, and special occasions.

Role Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Customer Care & Video Call Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in

English and Gujarati

, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion and customer service. You will be the voice of our brand, assisting clients over

calls, WhatsApp, and live video consultations

to provide product recommendations, handle queries, and support order-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and video calls Schedule and conduct video consultations for product showcasing and virtual shopping Assist customers in product selection, sizing, customization, and styling advice Resolve order issues, exchange/return requests, and delivery updates Maintain customer records and track interactions in CRM tools Coordinate with the dispatch, production, and tailoring teams for customer updates Build strong relationships with repeat clients for a personalized shopping experience Upsell and cross-sell products during interactions when appropriate.

Requirements:



Language Skills:

Proficiency in

English and Gujarati

(verbal & written) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service (fashion/retail preferred) Familiarity with Indian ethnic wear (Lehenga, Kurta, Sherwani, etc.) is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with technology: WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, Google Sheets, Zoom/Meet Positive attitude and problem-solving approach Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries efficiently Presentable and confident on video calls
