We're looking for a friendly and efficient

Customer Care Executive

to handle client queries and ensure smooth service before, during, and after their trip. You'll be the go-to person for resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering a seamless travel experience.

Manage customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email Good communication in English & Hindi Provide details on bookings, itineraries, payments, and policies Follow up post-trip for feedback and reviews Handle changes, cancellations, and refund processes Maintain CRM records and ensure high client satisfaction Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving attitude, and a calm demeanor
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
