Roles & Responsibility:



Responsible for ensuring that all customers' inquiries are handled on timely manner.

Directly deals with customers face-to-face, or by telephone, handle follow up calls /escalations hard calls when required.

Receive freeze and unblocking stocks requests and follow up the process till done.

Handle clerical duties which includes faxing, filling up paperwork, doing checks on credit references as well as liaising with other departments.

Provide back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualification:



Bachelor's and Master' degree in any field.

Experience:



1 to 3 years of experience in Securities Broking Firm/ Stock Trading Firm.

Fresher's can also apply for this post.

Required skills:



Excellent Communication Skills.

Related Experience in Brokerage/Financial sector is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
