We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an
Operations & Support Executive
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer and vendor communication, maintaining accurate data records, and conducting online research. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Care:
Handle inbound and outbound customer communication via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
Maintain customer satisfaction and retention
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with vendors for profile update, order fulfillment, updates, and support
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Track and follow up on pending issues
Required Skills:
Fluent in
English, Hindi, and Gujarati
(spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
Basic knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Prior experience in customer support, operations, or administrative roles
Data Entry & Maintenance:
Accurately input and update customer and vendor information in internal systems
Ensure data integrity and timely reporting
Web Research:
Gather relevant data and contact information from online sources
Assist in market and competitor research when needed
