Role Overview

The

Customer Care Executive

at Trakky plays a vital role in delivering top-notch service to our users. This position involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our platform. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer retention and brand loyalty.

What We Are Looking For

Individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to make a positive impact. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize and resolve concerns effectively. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Open to working a 6-day workweek. With the minimum of the 1 year of experience

Roles & Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat. Assist users with account setup, bookings, and general troubleshooting. Educate customers about Trakky's features, benefits, and services. Proactively resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction. Collect and relay customer feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement. Support the team in achieving customer service goals and KPIs.
