Customer Care Executive (04 positions)

Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 Location: Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad. Timing: Mon-Fri, 10 AM-7 PM | Sat 10 AM-3:30 PM 5.5 Days a Week
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the skincare or related industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service.
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Experience in skincare or related industry is preferred.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
