Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries over calls and WhatsApp. Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them on a priority basis. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.

Requirements:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Prior experience in customer support or a similar role preferred. Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Preferred educational qualifications: BBA, MBA, B.Com, or B.Tech, etc.
