Roles and Responsibilities



Provide software Support and training to customers on calls Should be able to answer calls timely ensuring adherence to the process standards Attend incoming customer calls and take appropriate action to resolve users query Should be able to respond to the customer in an excellent professional manner. Must have the ability to effectively resolve software users query Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationship with clients Attend calls and provide software solution Follow up customer calls wherever is necessary

Financial & Taxation Knowledge will be an added advantage


Desired Candidate Profile



Demonstrate commitment and passion for resolving customer issues Candidate should be Graduate with sound Computer knowledge. Good Communication skill. Knowledge of digital marketing / SEO will be an added advantage Candidates willing to work at Ahmedabad location only apply.
