The Telecaller is responsible for making and receiving calls to assist customers, resolve queries, and provide information about products/services. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for promotions, feedback, or follow-ups.
Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide solutions.
Maintain and update customer data in Excel and CRM software.
Schedule appointments and assist with interview coordination (if applicable).
Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
Meet daily/weekly call targets as per company guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in telecalling or customer service.(Freshers can apply)
Verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
