Job Description

Customer Care Executive - US Shift

1. Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills

2. Should be experienced in US Calling

3. US Calling in Sales Process will be preferable.

4. Good Communication skills

5. Sales and Upselling skills

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

7. Flexibility to work US shift hours (6 pm to 3 am IST)

8. Prior experience in the hearing aid industry is a plus

9. Bachelor's degree in any field

5 days Working
Experience of atleast 2- 3 yrs in US Calling will be preferred.
