We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented
Customer Care Executive
to join our growing team in the medical billing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to start their careers in healthcare support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies regarding billing queries.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to medical bills, payment statuses, claim submissions, and insurance coverage.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as the claims processing team, to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of issues.
Ensure accurate data entry of customer information and billing details into the system.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff or supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications
:
Fresher SSC, HSC or recent graduate with a passion for customer service.
Basic knowledge of healthcare or medical billing is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
Excellent communication skills (English both verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work efficiently under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
