We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to support customers using our fintech products and services. This role involves resolving queries, managing customer issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital financial services.
Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through phone, email, chat, and social media.
Support customers with onboarding, account setup, KYC processes, and transactions.
Resolve queries related to payments, refunds, failed transactions, and product usage.
Escalate complex cases to internal teams such as Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technical Support.
Document all interactions and resolutions in CRM and ticketing tools.
Guide customers on product features, updates, and secure usage practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations during every interaction.
Achieve targets related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Share customer insights and feedback with product and operations teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1 years of customer service experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or payments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
Familiarity with digital payments, wallets, UPI, cards, or banking operations.
Experience using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
Multilingual skills (as applicable to the region) are an added advantage.
