Role and Responsibility
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Align demo classes for the kids gym.
Proper communication while handling the call.
Identify customer's need, clarify information, and provide solutions.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up.
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.
Educational Qualification & Experience Required
Graduate from any stream
Minimum 1 year experience as a customer care executive is must.
