Customer Operations Executive to support our sales team with daily operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in , customer interaction, and backend processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in day-to-day tasks
Support in managing customer follow-ups and payment tracking
Handle backend sales operations and data entry
Maintain records and update sales reports.
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, etc.)
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Organized and detail-oriented
