Job Summary:

We are seeking a smart, confident, and customer-oriented Female Customer Care

Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling

customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer

experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails professionally.

Provide accurate information about products/services to customers.

Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure full satisfaction.

Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries promptly.

Reach out to customers for feedback and service improvement.

Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional attitude at all times.

Ensure excellent customer service standards and meet quality goals.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate.

Good communication skills in English and [local language].

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM preferred).

Pleasant personality with strong customer-handling skills.

Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage.
