Customer Service Executive - SALT Attire
Location: Gurgaon
Role & Responsibilities/Key Skills:
Handling day to day Customer Queries
Address the customer queries and provide solutions within the TAT (Turnaround time)
Manage external queries for Sourcing.
Maintain the list of items sourced, co-ordinate with the relevant teams for delivery and pickup of sourcing.
Ensure order follow ups, urgent deliveries are handled in a timely fashion with the relevant stake holders
Other:
Good communication skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Follows Timelines
Detail oriented
Fluent in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
