Job Description

We are a leading consumer service industry seeking highly motivated and skilled Field Executives (Female) to join our team urgently. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Meet with customers and potential clients to establish and maintain strong relationships Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service Identify new business opportunities and generate leads Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues or concerns Act as a liaison between the company and the clients Utilize various software and tools to track and manage customer interactions Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve company goals
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work independently and in a team environment Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Knowledge of MS Office and customer relationship management software Call centre experience is a plus

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
