focused on lead management and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Share property/project details and schedule site visits.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain call logs, follow-up data, and daily reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and updates.
Ensure smooth communication and excellent client experience.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum Graduate in any field.
Experience:
1-2 years in Telecalling / Customer Service (Real Estate preferred).
Communication:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel / CRM tools
.
Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
