Job Overview:



We are looking for a

Telecaller / Calling Executive

to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining client relationships, and providing project-related information. This is a

no-target, coordination-based calling role

focused on lead management and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients. Share property/project details and schedule site visits. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain call logs, follow-up data, and daily reports. Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and updates. Ensure smooth communication and excellent client experience.

Requirements:



Education:

Minimum Graduate in any field.

Experience:

1-2 years in Telecalling / Customer Service (Real Estate preferred).

Communication:

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic knowledge of

MS Excel / CRM tools

. Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
