We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented
Customer Executive
to join our team. The role involves handling incoming calls, addressing customer queries, and managing email communication to ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
Answer customer queries related to products, services, and orders.
Respond to customer emails in a clear, polite, and timely manner.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, outlets) to resolve customer issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
Assist in improving customer support processes by sharing feedback and insights.
Requirements:
Graduate (any discipline); preference for candidates with experience in customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good email etiquette and ability to draft professional responses.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
