Make outbound calls to potential customers

Share product/service information clearly

Follow up on leads and maintain call records

Handle customer queries professionally

Convert leads into sales or appointments

Maintain database of customer interactions

Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Basic computer & CRM knowledge

Fluency in regional & English language preferred
