This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in
Panchkula
. As a Customer Support Executive, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. Your main task is to
make calls to the customers
for order confirmation, for changing details if required by customers.

Good computer knowledge
Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to customers to confirm orders/answer queries as required
Managing calls, messages & emails and customer service inquiries
Chat and Email coordination with customers
Effective communication via mail/chat
Protecting brand image and reputation in the market.
Provide real-time support
Escalating to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally
Good communication (verbal & written)
Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel
Customer-centric attitude
Qualification :
Any Graduate can apply

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
