Female Customer Care Executive
to handle enquiries, provide service information, and support customers efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, walk-in enquiries, and WhatsApp messages.
Provide information about services, pricing, schedules, or products.
Maintain customer records, enquiry logs, and follow-up details.
Assist with registration, documentation, and basic admin work.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, admin) for customer updates.
Manage front desk operations with a friendly and professional approach.
Ensure a pleasant experience for customers visiting the office.
Requirements:
Qualification:
Any Degree
Experience:
0-2 years (freshers can apply)
Good communication in Tamil & basic English
Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer handling
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business)
Pleasant personality, patience, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
