Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and connect them with the right dealer.
Maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers, showrooms, and partner networks.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and track progress using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth transactions.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience
in customer relations, telesales, or lead management (automobile experience is plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
