Customer Care Executive - Female Candidate Only

Location: Kinfra Prak Kazhakoottam, Trivandrum

Goodwill, one of the most trusted names in PVC pipes and water tank manufacturing, is seeking a smart and energetic female candidate for the role of Customer Care Executive. This is a full-time office-based position suitable for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualification: B. Com graduate Experience: Minimum 3 years in customer care or related administrative/accounting roles Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

o Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and basic accounting principles

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Location Preference: Candidates residing within 10-15 km radius of Kazhakoottam
Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally Maintain and update customer records in Tally and internal systems Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for timely order processing and delivery Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections from customers Generate and share account statements with clients Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies Maintain proper documentation and filing of customer interactions and transactions Provide regular reports to the management on receivables and customer feedback

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
