We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Customer Care Executive

for our team. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role also includes maintaining updated customer records, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting customers with product or service-related queries.

To be successful as a Customer Service Executive, you should be patient, polite, and committed to delivering excellent service. Ultimately, a top-performing Customer Service Assistant should demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a professional attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain customer records and update databases as required. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, dispatch, accounts) to address customer needs. Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction. Prepare daily/weekly reports as needed.

Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate/ Bsc.IT/ MSC.IT (preferred). Experience: 1-2 years Strong verbal & written communication skills. Good problem-solving ability and patience. Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, CRM preferred). Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Hindi & English (mandatory)
