Role Overview
The Customer Care Executive will manage customer queries related to tile products, coordinate with the sales & showroom team, support order processing, and ensure smooth customer experience. The role requires strong communication and understanding of tile specifications, sizes, finishes, and application areas.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries from customers, dealers, and architects
Provide accurate information on tile products, sizes, finishes, stock availability, pricing, and lead time
Assist customers with product selection by understanding their requirements (floor, wall, parking, elevation, etc.)
Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock checks, dispatch status, and delivery timelines
Support the showroom team in guiding walk-in customers with product options
Manage and update customer details, inquiry status, and follow-ups in CRM/ERP
Coordinate sample dispatches to customers, dealers, and architects
Address customer complaints related to delivery, quality, or installation and escalate when required
Follow up on quotations, order confirmations, and payments as instructed
Maintain communication with sales team regarding order progress and customer updates
Prepare daily/weekly customer interaction reports
Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support
Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of tiles, sizes, finishes (glossy, matte, carving, etc.), applications, and basic installation terms
Strong communication skills (Hindi/English)
Customer-first approach and problem-solving ability
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email handling)
Ability to multitask in a busy showroom/office environment
Qualification & Experience
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
1-3 years of experience in customer service or showroom support
Experience in tile or building material industry preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
