We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who is passionate about delivering outstanding support and service to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide product and service information to resolve any emerging issues
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed
Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Excellent communication skills. Well versed with Microsoft.
