Job Description

We are a growing apparel brand specializing in innerwear and shapewear, selling across leading e-commerce platforms in India. As we expand, we are looking to hire a female Customer Care Executive to join our team and help us deliver an excellent customer experience.

Role: Customer Care Executive (Female)

Location: On-site at our Vasai East office

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat Handle issues related to orders, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely resolutions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Ensure fast and friendly communication to maintain high satisfaction

Key Requirements:



Female candidate only Fluent in English (spoken and written) Good typing speed and strong written communication skills Prior customer service experience (preferably in e-commerce or apparel) is a plus Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude Must be located in or around Vasai East and able to work from the office
