Required Skills and Qualifications:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused attitude. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus. Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
