Voice Support Team
for the
Bengali language process
. As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle outbound calls to fill survey forms.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound customer calls in
Bengali language
.
Maintain a polite, professional, and positive tone during conversations.
Record call details, update customer records, and follow call scripts as needed.
Escalate complex issues to the team leader or relevant department.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and quality standards.
Requirements:
Fluent in Bengali
(spoken)
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
Good communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be punctual and dependable.
Willingness to work 6 days a week with rotational weekly offs.
