Job Role:
Customer Care Executive - Domestic Voice Process
As a Customer Care Executive, you will manage inbound and outbound customer calls, assist clients with real estate-related queries, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally in
Tamil and English
(mandatory)
Respond to customer inquiries related to real estate projects, site visits, pricing, and documentation
Update and maintain customer details, call logs, and follow-ups in the system
Use computers daily for data entry, CRM updates, and email communication
Coordinate with internal sales and site teams when required
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in Tamil and English - Mandatory
Basic Computer Knowledge - Mandatory
(MS Word, Excel, email, CRM/data entry)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in customer support or real estate is an advantage
Freshers with good communication and computer skills can apply
