Job Location : Jaipur
Qualification : Undergraduate/ Graduate. With good communication skills both written and verbal communication in English. Salary: 16K To 18K CTC

Role : Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution

Local candidates are preferred.
