Role & Responsibilities



Customer Service Process:



Handle inbound and outbound customer queries efficiently Provide accurate banking information and resolve customer issues Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction

Email Process:



Manage customer interactions through email professionally and promptly Respond to queries, requests, and complaints in a clear and concise manner Maintain proper documentation and follow escalation protocols when required

Requirements



Excellent verbal and written communication skills (

V4 quality

) Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn Ability to work under rotational shifts and maintain service accuracy

Compensation



Customer Service:

?16,000 CTC per month

Email Process:

?18,000 CTC per month

Work Schedule



Working Days:

6 days a week (1 weekly off)

Shift Timings:

Females:

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Day window)

Males:

Rotational shifts

Interview Process
