The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending incoming calls and making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services, generating leads and/or sales. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy talking to people, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and clients from the provided database or leads.
Explain products/services to customers clearly and effectively.
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up on leads and convert them into potential sales or appointments.
Maintain call logs, records, and CRM data accurately.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
1-2 Year prior experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention languages - e.g., English, Hindi, or regional language].
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM or calling software.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
