About the Role
We are looking for a confident and polite Customer Support Calling Executive for our eyewear brand Black Jones. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, solving their queries, and asking them for genuine reviews after delivery. The ideal candidate should have good English, strong communication skills, and the confidence to speak professionally with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Call customers regarding their orders, delivery, and product details.
Solve customer queries politely and provide correct information.
Guide customers on product usage, size, warranty, etc.
Request customers to share genuine feedback and product reviews.
Maintain call logs and update status in the system.
Communicate with the internal team for any escalations.
Ensure a positive customer experience and build trust for the Black Jones brand.
Required Skills
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass*
Good English and Hindi communication skills
Confident while speaking on calls
Polite and positive attitude
Basic understanding of customer service
Ability to handle customer issues and communicate clearly
