We are hiring a Customer Care Executive for our Pitampura office. The candidate should be customer-focused, confident, and capable of handling customer queries efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain records of customer interactions
Follow company processes and service standards
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers are welcome; experience is an added advantage
Customer-oriented attitude
Working Hours:
6 days working (Day shift)
