Job Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers through calls, WhatsApp, and portal-based communication. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and chats
Provide clear and accurate information related to recycling services
Maintain customer interaction records and update data in the system
Use and manage
Interakt Portal
for WhatsApp communication and customer updates
Resolve customer issues or escalate them when required
Follow up with customers to ensure service completion and satisfaction
Maintain professionalism and ensure a smooth customer experience
Required Skills
Strong
communication skills
Fluency in English and Hindi
Basic
computer knowledge
(typing, MS Office, emails, web portals)
General
IT awareness
and ability to learn new tools
Experience using
Interakt Portal
(preferred but not mandatory)
Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
Freshers can apply
Prior experience in customer service will be an added advantage
