Job Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat. You will assist with order inquiries, product information, returns, and troubleshooting, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat). Assist customers with order issues, product questions, and return/exchange requests. Collaborate with other teams (logistics, marketing, etc.) to resolve customer concerns and improve service quality. Provide feedback on customer trends and product concerns to help improve the customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications:



Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce support preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
