Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Provide accurate information about company products, services, and offers.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Meet performance targets and maintain service quality standards.
