Shopify platform
Requirements:
Minimum
2+ years
of
experience
in Customer Care (E-commerce preferred)
Hands-on experience with
Shopify
for order management and customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first attitude
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Ability to persuade and close sales over the phone
