We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails, and managing live chat interactions with customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing solutions and resolving inquiries in a professional manner.
Respond promptly to customer emails, addressing concerns, providing product information, and resolving issues.
Engage with customers via live chat, offering real-time assistance and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as necessary.
Provide feedback and suggest improvements to optimize the customer service process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre or support environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in handling customer queries over phone, email, and live chat.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Experience with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
