Customer Care Executive

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team leader
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
0-6 month of experience in customer service (freshers can also apply).
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Computer Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Personality:
Polite, patient.
Salary:
15000-20000/-
